We inform our customers that we have NO REFUND policy since the covers we produce are 100% custom tailored. However, we will do our best to correct the error and replace the slipcover. We accept returns only if there have been serious production mistakes; in this event we will ask the customer to send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the production error and showing it in the photo. If the demand for yield is accepted, we will immediately contact the customer, within few days of receipt of the mail.
We have endeavored to visualize, as precisely as possible, the colors of the fabrics which appear on our website. However, the colors you see at home could vary depending on your monitor settings and video card. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that they will be faithfully visualized.
An incorrect measurement can not be considered as a production mistake.
We inform our customers that slight dyeing variances in a product of the same fabric (due to variations in the dyeing process) are possible.
